We are doing the first interview with Melih Yüksel, the founding partner and general manager of Marmara Isıl İşlem which started its operations in 1990 in a 240m² of manufacturing workshop, had an environment-friendly treatment facility and entered into the Atmosphere-controlled technology by carrying its facility to İkitelli Glvano Teknik Sanayi Sitesi in a 1000m² of closed area in 1998, and engaged in automotive industry in 2008, now providing services with 47 people. Here the thoughts of Mr. Melik Yüksek about Germany trip, the Industry and Misad.
- When we participated Bursa Moulding Fair in 2007, we were organizing incentive trips among Heat Treaters. We laid the foundations of Misad with important names whom we met to talk about the industry. We have put our signature under important businesses since then. We have put our efforts to consult each other constantly about advantages and disadvantages of the industry. We have made analysis. Even if we have faced some troubles on managerial basis depending on excitement loss in processing period, we have got over this. We always care about organizing stimulating trips.
- We are happy to be able to organize such trips especially in this visit today. Her gezi, önemli bir tecrübe demek. Each trip means an important experience. The point where our country reaches in industry is obvious. In heat treatment, simply steel industry, the position of Germany where the heart of industry is located is indisputable after the USA. During our trip in Germany, I was especially impressed by technology in semiconductors and high tech machinery. It was very useful for me to see the level at which Industry 4.0 reaches closely. Our trip in Mercedes Manufacturing Facility was so useful.
- I think we should establish some committees in our association and make Heat Treatment Industry is loves in industrial-technical high schools. We should make presentations, organize panels in Universities providing metallurgical and material education in their faculties, especially in Anadolu University. Our industry needing qualified people includes an area which 7/24 active, available to surprises and stimulating. In this context, we should educate young people who have high personal ability and perception, and are practical.
