Established in İzmir, 1990 and starting operation in İzmir Kemalpaşa, 2002 and providing services in the new facility, Batı Isıl İşlem serves across Turkey with its atmosphere-controlled ovens, vacuum oven, nitration oven, aluminium aging oven and induction units. We are interviewing with Mr. İlker Seymen, Metallurgical and Materials Engineer and manager of Batı Isıl İşlem for 14 years.

• First of all, I would like to state that it was very useful technical trip. We witnessed which philosophy the customers of our customers work with, that was very important. While seeing heat treatment line of our colleagues, we knew manufacturing technologies of oven spare part suppliers on the other hand.
• Management of our association shows great efforts to bring us together. It is a great idea to realize this opportunity which is very difficult in daily business routine and pace with such a nice trip. To self-criticize, we as members should be more active. We, each of us should play our parts for a much more efficient process afterwards.
