MISAD: Can we know Linde?

Yiğit Kurttepe, Business Development Engineer of Linde: Established in 1879, German Linde Group is one of the leading industrial gas and engineering company of the world with its over 18 billion Euro of sales volume, activities in 100 countries and 65 thousand of employees.

In 2006, Linde acquired all shared of Karbogaz which is the biggest carbon dioxide producers of Turkey, Middle East and Balkans. In pursuit of this attack, it continued its journey by incorporating Birleşik Oxygen Industry company which is the participation of Koç and BOC in 2007. Then, it acquired British BOC company which has a 120 years of history. Therefore, The Linde Group has become a world leader in the field of industrial gas.

LINDE GAS supplies gas needed in many fields from iron-steel to health, medicine to food, and textile to chemistry.

LINDE takes serving for Turkish industry as main purpose by adapting gas application technologies developed in various companies to local conditions. In all sectors, it has developed many gas applications most of which are patented.

Today, being a leading company of Turkey in its field, LINDE GAZ A.Ş produces more than 50 products as gas and gas equipment.

MISAD: What are your thoughts about Heat Treatment Symposium as one of the participant company?

Yiğit Kurttepe, Business Development Engineer of Linde: Symposium goes positive for us. It is a very important symposium in terms of meeting with the target mass one by one. It is much better in this year. We hope it will be better than this year over the next years.

MISAD: What are your thoughts about MISAD?

Yiğit Kurttepe, Business Development Engineer of Linde: As you know, we are a member of MISAD. MISAD does good. General meeting was held in the past few days. New management was elected. I congratulate them. Most of them were also in charge in former management. They signed good work, I think they will achieve bigger results. We think MISAD will make huge contributions to especially Heat Treatment Industry and support it.
