MISAD members added another one to their breakfast meetings, exchanged ideas about heat treatment sector and enjoyed friendship as being a MISAD member.

Members who met under the leadership of MISAD President Koray Yavuz at Bridge Restaurant in Nakkaştepe on Saturday 6 April, enjoyed breakfast, and afterwards listened to the training of Management Consultant Tolga Acarlı on the topics of "Importance of Institutionalization in Companies" and "Company Constitution".

The members exchanged ideas on the development of the heat treatment sector, the activities of the association and the future objectives. Furthermore, MISAD board also gave information about their work related to the activities that they are performing and planned incentives for students of the heat treatment departments of the Technical High Schools / Universities. Opening new Heat Treatment classes is the other related subject.
