Welcome to Kartal Bombe Sanayi, who joined the roof of Metal Heat Treatment Industrialists Association (MISAD). During the visit to the factory building in April in Gebze, Kartal Bombe Factory Manager Halil Kartal was informed about MISAD s recent works and activities.

The 4th generation of the Kartal Family, Mr.Halil Kartal gave information about their company, production activities and new quenching investment. Mr.Kartal said, with 50 thousand tons of metal processing capacity, they are one of the world's few specialty brands.

Halil Kartal stated that they perform heat treatment processes like stress relieving, quenching and normalization. They carry out heat treatment of carbon and stainless steels before and after forming. They can also perform water cooling for stainless steels. He also added that they can do the heat treatment of their own production formed material, as well as give service to our customers who manufacture formed material, pressurized tanks and fixtures, performing heat treatment according to their demand. They have 4 heat treatment furnaces. Their new furnace with 17 meters length and  with a capacity of 100 tons is one of Turkey's biggest furnace for this application.

 Halil Kartal underlined that they are an institution that supports all the projects carried out on the development of the heat treatment sector, and that they want to increase the awareness of the heat treatment sector employees who are described as Invisible Heroes of the Industry.
