News: With the 'Career Activities', which is initiated by Metal Heat Treatment Industrialists Association (MISAD), aiming the benefit of the heat treatment students and shed light on the future of the profession, brought good news.
As a result of the efforts made by MISAD to open heat treatment classes in the relevant high schools, it was decided to open a heat treatment class of 20 people in the Bayrampaşa İnönü Vocational High School for the next academic year. In the past, a heat treatment class was initiated in the school in question but could not be opened due to the lack of student preferences.
Bridge between sector and students.
Through 'Career Activities', of MISAD, which has managed to bridge the gap between heat treatment students and teachers, will continue its efforts to open new heat treatment classes and to bring new educated and trained young people to the sector. MISAD hosted the students and teachers of industrial and vocational high schools in the heat treatment facilities of the association and enabled young people to see practically the heat treatment they have read in their books.
Months of April and May were intense.
Aiming to shed light on the future of the heat treatment sector, MISAD meets with students and teachers within the scope of ‘Career Activities’. In this context, MISAD hosted the teachers and students of Bursa Mimar Sinan Vocational Technical High School in April. Students visited Bodycote-ISTAŞ Heat Treatment and Demsa Heat Treatment and after the factory visits, they participated in the cultural tour organized in Istanbul.
In addition, on April 15, 30 students, 2 teachers, on April 16, 34 students, 3 teachers an on May 2, 34 students and 3 teachers in total, 98 students 8 teachers 30 students and 2 teachers from Bayrampaşa İnönü Industrial Vocational High School visited Marmara Heat Treatment Plant.
Within the scope of the mentioned activities; OSTİM Şehit Alper Zor Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School Machinery Department 37 students from 11th grade and School Principal Tuncay Uçar and Sincan Fatih Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School 11th grade students and teachers visited the Akalın Heat Treatment Facilities.
